The struggles for public transportation systems keep getting worse. Consider the Greater Cleveland RTA, where CEO Joe Calabrese says they are projecting an $18 million drop in sales tax revenues. Combined that with other revenue shortfalls and it all adds up to service cuts and fare hikes.
