Sewer bills for a million residents and businesses in Northeast Ohio are set to rise October 1 to pay for a storm water management plan. It's aimed at resolving flooding, erosion and beach pollution across the region. But not everyone is happy to pay. Join us with your questions Tuesday morning at 9:00 on 90.3.

Guests
