They're ridiculed for their size, for their gender, for dating habits, even for race. But 1,700 area students used that pain to create thoughtful, evocative literature.
Wednesday morning on The Sound of Ideas, the top winners of the annual Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage "Stop The Hate: Youth Speak Out!" essay contest join us. We'll hear about what provoked them to write and learn how they've turned their pain into something positive for their schools and their communities. Join us at 9:00a.m. on 90.3.
