How fat are you?
That's the question posed by Plain Dealer reporter Zach Lewis at the top of his article this morning - and it leads to the revelation that not all of those body fat tests.... are accurate - or even similar.

Tremendous fluctuation in results lead to the study. They talk of how disappointed people can be when they receive an unsatisfactory result, and what options there are for discovering actual numbers, and that there is no true "Gold Standard" for testing.
