Takeout Tuesday - Bialy's Bagels

Each week, we've been highlighting establlishments making food to go, trying to keep businesses afloat while in-person dining is disallowed due to social distancing. We call it Takeout Tuesday. This week, we head to Bialy's Bagels... which has been a University Heights staple since 1966. In 2017, twins Rachel and Sarah Gross took over ownership. When the pandemic hit, they shut down the store for a month out of concerns for safety, and so they could develop a Web based ordering system for takeout orders. They reopened April 17th.
