Since 1842, Clevelanders have been gathering to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. The parade returns this year, and with the city being home to more than 36,000 Irish Americans, the festivities today are sure to be plenty.

To close us out today's "Sound of Ideas," we thought we'd have some fun with a local Irish writer, Brian Cleary, who just published a new book, "100 Signs You Might Be Irish."

Some of the list items include: "You know at least two lines to 'Danny Boy,'" and "You have a relative who was taught by the nuns."

Ideastream Public Media Executive Editor Mike McIntyre recently sat down with Cleary to figure out if he's actually Irish.
