Greater Cleveland Partnership Tax Study; Ohio Gerrymandering Decision; Statehouse Update

Cuyahoga County residents carry a higher tax burden per capita than in other urban counties.  A new study commissioned by the Greater Cleveland Partnership looked at taxes here in Cuyahoga versus those in peer cities such as Saint Louis, Buffalo, Indianapolis and Detroit. The study suggests that the tax burden will continue to grow impacting the region's competitiveness.
Ahead we will talk to the leadership at the Greater Cleveland Partnership about the study.     Then, a three-judge federal panel ruled that Ohio's current congressional map is unconstitutional due to partisan gerrymandering. What does that mean heading into 2020 and how could the U.S. Supreme Court impact the lower court's decision?  Plus we will check in with the statehouse team.
