Community College Presidents Discuss Governor's Proposals

Governor John Kasich's higher education reform plan calls for, among other things, Community Colleges to begin offering four-year bachelor's degrees in 10 fields of study. Tuition at community colleges is far less than at four year institutions. The presidents of four local community colleges join us to discuss that proposal and others aimed at increasing higher education access at lower cost.
