Using Exercise To Help Address Breast Cancer Disparities

African American women get diagnosed with breast cancer less often than white women but they die more from the disease, according to the National Cancer Institute. In our continuing Be Well series on cancer, producer Kay Colby reports on some local research that suggests exercise could be one tool to address this noted health disparity.
