Trumbull County, an area hit hard by the collapse of the manufacturing industry, could soon see an influx of new jobs. TJX, the company that owns off-price department store chains TJ Maxx, Marshall's, and HomeGoods, has proposed a plan to build a 300-acre warehouse and distribution campus in Lordstown.
