When does a collection of stuff become a problem of hoarding?
It's a fine line - but one that has the attention of more than 20 public, nonprofit and private sector agencies across Cuyahoga County formed Hoarding Connection of Cuyahoga County, and have put together an ongoing annual conference to highlight and discuss the issues at the root of hoarding.
