Heart Disease on the Rise; Lawson's Lives On In Japan; Jazz Pianist Theron Brown

A recent  Vital Signs Report from the Centers for Disease Control says that despite being largely preventable, incidents of heart disease and stroke deaths among middle-aged adults are increasing. What accounts for this disturbing trend and can it be reversed?
