Good morning, the morning after President Trump's second State of the Union Address. It's this Feb. 6, 2019, and it's the second day of the Chinese Lunar New Year.

A Cleveland woman has been arrested for suspected child endangerment after her nine-year-old son took marijuana-laced gummy bears to school and shared them with 14 other classmates.  Police say no formal charges have been filed against Shari Gould.  They say nine students at Anton Grdina School on E. 71st St, ranging in age from 5 to 9, were taken by ambulance to a local hospital, while five students refused transport.  Police say only one child, the boy who brought the candy to school, tested positive for THC, the active ingredient in marijuana.

A Cleveland EMS worker who responded to reports of sick children at the Grdina School is under investigation after he was seen on video making an "inappropriate gesture."  The unidentified EMS worker, who's white, made an "okay" sign with his hand near his waist while helping a black child into an ambulance.  An EMS union spokesperson told WOIO TV Cleveland 19 the medic was playing a game that's popular among staff, but the Southern Poverty Law Center says it's a gesture that white supremacists have adopted as a racist signal.

A basketball game between the Brush Arcs and the Shaker Heights Raiders was canceled midgame after spectators turned unruly.   WKYC-TV Channel Three reports it began when a 21-year-old man from Euclid who was taunting Shaker Heights players was asked by a security guard to stop, and the confrontation escalated.  That unidentified man was arrested.  Police said a student was injured while trying to leave the building.  The Shaker Heights School District released a statement saying no coaches or players were involved.

Ohio's transportation director is warning of more traffic congestion and rougher rides if the state doesn't figure out how to boost funding for road and bridge repairs.   State Transportation Director Jack Marchbanks testified before a panel convened by Gov. DeWine to find new revenue, including a possible gas tax hike.  He said at least 20 projects will have to be put on hold without more funds.  Marchbanks estimated the funding gap at $1 billion.

Authorities say about 30 firearms were stolen during a break-in at a gun shop in Broadview Heights. It's the second break-in at Stonewall LTD in less than a year.

The Boston Celtics beat the Cavs, 103-96, getting their fifth straight win.  Rookie Collin Sexton had 27 points for the Cavs,
