Be Well: Rising Employer-Based Health Insurance Costs Bring New Focus On Wellness

Health care costs are continuing to rise and workers are shouldering more of the burden than ever before, according to the latest report out in the Journal of Health Affairs.  The report found that premiums and deductibles are on the rise and - more often than not – the plans are expecting employees to participate in wellness initiatives.

Ideastream’s Sarah Jane Tribble sat down with Anne Glausser to talk about what exactly this means.
