What: Tech and Trek Conference

The Tech and Trek Conference is an opportunity for Middle School through Higher Ed Educators to explore The Mindful use of Technology, Mobile Technology, Creating High-Impact Student Experiences, and Innovations in Teaching and Learning.

This is an educational technology conference that spans three days and two nights on the beautiful campus of Hiram College.  At the conference, you will…

  • Form and sustain a collaborative bridge for higher ed and 6-12 educators and technologists.
  • Participate in an ongoing dialogue between higher ed and 6 -12 educators and technologists regarding the mindful use of technology.
  • Reflect on effective technology in learning abilities.
  • Explore the possibilities of mobile technology for learning experiences outside of the traditional classroom.

When:  June 20-22, 2018

How Much:

$325 for individuals or $1465 for a group of 5.

Cost includes:

  • 3 days and 2 nights in a private room at a campus townhouse (first 100 registrants). Dormitory accommodations for additional registrants. You may opt to commute and not stay in campus housing. However, the conference cost will remain the same.
  • All meals and beverages: 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners and snacks... and a conference t-shirt!
  • Sessions led by dynamic educators and technologists

Graduate Credit:

By attending the entire conference you will be able to earn one graduate credit from either Hiram College or Ashland University for an additional $160.  Information will be available upon check-in.
