As Japanese try desperately to keep crippled nuclear plants from melting down and releasing dangerous amounts of radiation, other nations are taking a closer look at nuclear power. France remains committed. Germany, Switzerland, China, India and Great Britain are pausing for review. Tomorrow, we'll consider the safety of nuclear power in the U.S. and Northeast Ohio.
