The Sound of Ideas Community Tour went on the road again, this time to Eastlake to talk about Ohio’s medical marijuana program. How will access to medical marijuana impact jobs, the economy, law enforcement and most importantly, chronically ill patients? Is there still too little known about the effects of cannabis?
