Feeling stressed lately? Stress is a part of life, and many people think they can deal with it. But chronic stress can lead to some serious health issues, like heart disease or diabetes. Not only can stress cause physiological damage, it can lead to coping behaviors that are harmful too – like self-medicating with alcohol. Guests

Dr. Michael McKee, Cleveland Clinic Psychologist
Dr. Thomas Chelimsky, Neurology Professor
