It's been seven years since the Dow Jones Industrial Average reached the stratospheric levels where it closed this past Wednesday. And across the business world, there is jubilation. Or is there? Local financial experts are divided over what these numbers mean to investors. Should we credit the high-tech boom? Or is the jump due to falling oil costs?
