Across the country, cities are booming: people are moving downtown, new industries are growing. It is happening - just not in Cleveland. A new report by the Brookings Institution says Rust Belt cities - like Cleveland, Canton, Warren and others in Ohio - are lagging in economic growth because the state hasn't done enough to help them. On The Sound of Ideas, we'll talk to the report's authors and see how what they're saying fits with the current reality and future plans local leaders have for Northeast Ohio.
