The chance for reform in government doesn't come along very often. But there's a big opportunity right now in Cleveland. There's just one catch: It's got to be done this summer. The deadline for suggesting changes to city government is coming up fast. On the Sound of Ideas, we'll talk about some of the proposals and give you a chance to offer your own.
