Ohio Voter Roll Case; US Senate Race Shake-up

The US Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments tomorrow in a case involving the way Ohio maintains its roster of registered voters. For years, the state has purged voters if they're inactive and don't respond to a mailing requesting they confirm their status. Proponents say it protects the integrity of voter rolls. Opponents say it violates federal election law and suppresses votes.  We'll begin this hour looking at both both sides of Husted v. A. Philip Randolph Institute.  Later,  who will run now that Josh Mandel has dropped out of the U.S. Senate race due to a family medical issue? And will it impact the race for governor? Speaking of which, a familiar name may soon been added to the Democratic field -- Dennis Kucinich.
