The US Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments tomorrow in a case involving the way Ohio maintains its roster of registered voters. For years, the state has purged voters if they're inactive and don't respond to a mailing requesting they confirm their status. Proponents say it protects the integrity of voter rolls. Opponents say it violates federal election law and suppresses votes. We'll begin this hour looking at both both sides of Husted v. A. Philip Randolph Institute.
