Ohio Anti-Bullying Bill; Equifax Data Breach Tips

According to the National Center for Education Statistics, more than 20% of the nation's 12 to 18 year olds have experienced bullying at school.  Now an Ohio state lawmaker is putting together a proposed bill that would strengthen existing laws that deal with bullying as well as provide counseling to those identified as bullies to try and curb the behavior.  Then the personal information of 143 million Americans may have been compromised in a devastating hack on the credit monitoring company, Equifax.
