President Obama is pushing Congress to approve a half billion dollars to fund a restoration of the Great Lakes and Lake Erie, which is part of the largest fresh water system on the earth. Some say Lake Erie is perhaps the dirtiest of the lakes. So, if Congress does pass it, what then? How much will be headed toward Lake Erie, what needs to be done here and who is going to do it?
