Making Poetry Accessible

The dictionary definition of "poetry" doesn't do it justice. What is poetry? Emily Dickinson said, "If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry."  Sometimes it blows your mind. Sometimes it just make you think in a new way. Sometimes, you just laugh. On The Sound of Ideas, we discuss the importance of poetry with writer George Bilgere and Ohio's new poet laureate, Dave Lucas.
