Living Below The Poverty Line...In The Suburbs

More than 43-million Americans are living in poverty, according to new data from the U.S. Census Bureau. The third straight annual increase. Joblessness and other economic hardships are moving the poverty line beyond urban centers like Cleveland and Akron and into the suburbs in Northeast Ohio. Tuesday on the Sound of Ideas, we'll examine the effects of the rough economy on our suburbs and talk to the people trying to hold up the safety net.
