The Legacy of Carl Stokes

When Carl Stokes ran for mayor in 1967, he asked for a simple thing: A chance, he told Clevelanders, "to show what a real mayor can do." Stokes got that chance. Join us Tuesday morning at nine for a look back at the legacy of Carl Stokes. Congressman Louis Stokes
