Impact of School Money Cuts

Tightening the state budget was bound to cause pain but some taxpayers, particularly in wealthier school districts, howled at the deep cuts. Ohio legislators have responded by proposing to rein in some of Governor John Kasich's proposals. But superintendents say it's still not enough.
