Imagine being able to get to Chicago in less than half an hour? That's the goal of a proposed Hyperloop route linking the two Great Lakes cities. The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency has partnered with a West Coast firm to study the possibility of such a route and whether it can be pulled off.
