Domestic Violence

Domestic violence impacts millions of adults and children across the country. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says that 1 in 4 women and 1 in 9 men will be victims of intimate partner violence, which includes sexual violence, physical violence or stalking. And in Ohio, 1 in 4 children will be exposed to domestic violence before they reach 18. On The Sound of Ideas, we'll shed light on this widespread public health issue and discuss how those in need can receive help.
