Concern over West 6th Street

Cleveland's Warehouse District is a happening place: You can enjoy a fine meal, cry in your beer as the Browns play across big screen TVs or dance the night away in a packed club. But rowdy behavior, bad publicity and a perception of racism threaten all that. Business and political leaders are trying to keep the district safe and thriving so it doesn't suffer the same fate as the Flats. Can they succeed?
