Cleveland Kids in the Crossfire

Shootings are up more than 30% in Cleveland and as criminals target their rivals, children are dying in the crossfire. This month alone, a three-year-old and a five-year-old were shot dead.  We'll seek opinions and solutions as we discuss Cleveland's violent September,
