A Budget Shortfall at ODOT

Ohio's roads aren't paved with gold, but they are expensive to build and maintain. And transportation dollars are growing more scarce. State transportation officials say that means some of Ohio's largest planned construction projects will be pushed back by decades. The response from communities across the state resembles road rage.
