Observations reveal Lake Erie water levels are 2 feet above average this year – and that's threatening coastal properties from Ashtabula to Toledo.

Project Clean Lake aims to reduce Lake Erie pollution by four billion gallons a year with the help of seven massive tunnels designed to handle sewer overflow. We'll go underground the Collinwood neighborhood to explore the Dugway Storage Tunnel.

And they're hard to miss -- we'll find out everything you need to know about midges and mayflies.
