Northeast Ohio Wildlife Experts Encourage Residents To Be "Coyote Smart"

The coyote is a long-standing resident of Ohio, best known perhaps for its ability to adapt to various environments. Found in all 88 counties, over the years, coyotes have been successful in establishing themselves firmly in our communities -- from rural, to suburban, and urban areas.

Wildlife experts say that's why it's important for residents to separate fear and misconception of the animals from reality, by tapping into an awareness they call being "coyote smart".
