Governor-Elect John Kasich has appointed a state senator to be the next head of the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation. That's the system that steers money to workers who've been injured on the job. Steve Buehrer is Kasich's choice and statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports that Buehrer has some definite ideas about changing the system.
