30 million Americans turn to brands like Ambien and Lunesta to fall asleep. They're meant to be used to deal with short-term insomnia, but many people use them for years. Plain Dealer health reporter Evelyn Theiss has been looking into whether they're safe for long-term use. She shared her findings with ideastream's Eric Wellman.
