Gov. John Kasich made the cut and will be one of the candidates on the stage Thursday in Cleveland for the GOP debate.

Kasich came in 10th in an average of recent polls Fox News used to determine eligibility for the prime-time debate at Quicken Loans Arena.

The other nine are Donald Trump, Jeb Bush, Scott Walker, Ben Carson, Marco Rubio, Mike Huckabee, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz and Chris Christie. They'll debate at 9 a.m. at the Q.

But it’s not a total loss for the others in the race. Rick Perry, Carly Fiorina, Bobby Jindal, Rick Santorum, Lindsay Graham, George Pataki and Jim Gilmore will get to be part of a smaller event in Cleveland at 5 p.m. Thursday, also at Quicken Loans Arena.
