According to a new report, there has been almost a 34 percent increase in the number of heroin and fentanyl overdose deaths in the first four months of this year compared to the same period last year in Cuyahoga County. The crisis continues to rage on here and in communities throughout Ohio. In part two of a Be Well series on new strategies to tackle the opioid epidemic, Lecia Bushak reports on a program in Lucas County designed to bring help to those behind bars.
