Should you see an eight foot Cat-In-The-Hat today... you know why.
Ideastream's Rick Jackson talked with executive Christy Levings of the National Education Association Executive Committee since 2007.
The celebration at Caledonia School in Cleveland Hts was followed by a visit and grant-giving ceremony at Mayfair Elementary in East Cleveland. The three Cat-a-Vans this week are logging more than 5,100 miles to deliver the message about reading. Friday March 1 is the official Read Across America Day.

Their conversation began with Rick asking, why Cleveland?
